The US-UK Resistive Switching Team combines efforts of research groups across four institutions: University at Buffalo, University of Cambridge, and Purdue University, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. With over 15 years of collaboration, our interdisciplinary team consists of researchers across materials science, electrical engineering, and physics giving us a broad range of growth, characterization, and device expertise.
